Ejector sleeves

Ejector sleeves are essential components used in the plastic injection process to facilitate the ejection of molded parts from the mold. They are primarily used in multi-cavity molds or where castings have complex shapes or hollow internal features. Ejector sleeves are usually hollow cylinders that are built into the plastic injection mold. When the mold opens after the cooling process, the ejector sleeves are activated to push the castings out of the mold. This is done by using hydraulic or mechanical pressure to push the parts out of the mould.
